NOTE: Opinion is divided as to how useful this is. In extensive testing I have found it to have no benefit and I personally no longer use it.
This can be flashed from CWM to reduce the voltage of the CPU when it is at low frequencies (idle) and also the voltage of the wifi chip to save power.

You will need to freeze or uninstall the Market Updater app or Google will automatically replace it with v3 again.
Should it manage to update before you've taken out the updater, then you can choose to uninstall the market update and it will revert to the v2 one installed by Gapps.

Flash is supposed to require an ARMv7 CPU. This has been recompiled to work on an ARMv6 CPU such as that found in the Blade.
